Personal, one-time use license for venue illustration artwork

When you purchase a personal, one-time use license for artwork, I grant you the right to use the artwork for a specific purpose or project on a single occasion. This type of license is non-transferable and limits the usage of the artwork to a specific individual or entity. It means that only you have the right to use the artwork and it may be used only for the intended purpose. You do not obtain the authority to distribute, reproduce, or use the artwork for any other projects or purposes beyond the agreed-upon usage.

For example, you purchase a custom Venue Illustration of your wedding venue. With the purchase of the artwork you also purchase a digital copy.  Once I complete the illustration, I will create a digitized copy for you. You may use this digital artwork for your wedding event only. You may use it for wedding day items such as wedding stationary, invitations and your guestbook. However, you may not use the digital artwork for any other occasion or event and you may not give the venue management the artwork for their use since a personal, one-time use license does not grant exclusive rights to the artwork.

The specific terms and conditions of a personal, one-time use license may vary depending on the agreement between the licensor (the owner or creator of the artwork) and the licensee (the person obtaining the license). It is essential to carefully review and understand the terms of the license agreement to ensure compliance with any restrictions or limitations imposed by the licensor.
