Custom Artwork Commissions
Due to the personalized and unique nature of custom artwork, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the creative process has begun.
No returns or exchanges: Custom artwork is made to order, and once work has commenced, we cannot offer any returns or exchanges.
Refunds: Refunds will not be approved after work on your custom artwork has started. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before we begin the creation process.
We highly encourage you to review the details of your order carefully before placing it to ensure accuracy.
Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or repair where appropriate. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging to assist with your claim.
Clothing Items– Wrong Size
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received for a clothing item, please follow these steps:
Check the size chart: Verify that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart provided on our website.
Mislabelled or wrong size:
If the garment was mislabelled or the wrong size was shipped to you, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we’ll correct the issue at no extra cost.
Please note: We do not offer size exchanges for clothing, so we strongly encourage you to check the measurements on our site to ensure the item fits you correctly before placing your order.
