These house portraits are created with archival materials, guaranteeing that your artwork will stand the test of time and preserve your cherished memories for years to come. Each exterior rendering is hand drawn with graphite, and painted with light-fast watercolors on 100% cotton fine art quality watercolor paper. The card is  meticulously hand cut and glued with archival quality glue. The final touches are added with archival inks.

Standard commissions for the 3D pop-up card house portraits measure 6 x 9 inches.

Here’s how it works: Simply purchase the portrait online, and then email me at pennypinestudio@gmail.com with image(s) of your house. Please include the address of the house and let me know if the portrait is for a special occasion such as a birthday, housewarming, anniversary, or Christmas. If it is, kindly provide the deadline for completing the piece. The deadline must be at least 60 days from the date of purchase.

Please include the following details in your email:

• Ideas for themes for the card.
• Items that MUST be included in the painting.
• Items that you would like removed. While I always edit out obviously unsightly items, feel free to specify any additional objects or elements you would like to be removed from the final artwork.
• The color of details of the home such as doors, shutters, etc. if they are not clearly visible in the photo

Once I receive your email, I will personally respond, confirming the receipt of your email, images, and information. Additionally, I will provide you with an estimated completion date for the rendering, as well as a date when work on the commission will begin.
